In accordance with Central Penn Gas, Inc. – Gas Service Tariff 4 - Gas Choice Supplier Tariff, any State of Pennsylvania Licensed Natural Gas Supplier (NGS) seeking to deliver to residential and small commercial customers under Rate Schedules RT, NT, and CT must provide CPG with the following registration information:

• Completed Application to serve CPG Customers with payment of a $500 non-refundable Enrollment fee
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Trading Partner Agreement
• EDI Trading Partner Worksheet (CPG)
• Aggregation Agreement for Rate Schedules RT, NT, and CT
• Document Checklist for NGS doing business in CPG Territory
• Surety will also be required based on CPG Gas Choice Supplier Tariff Section 8
• CPG has the right to perform a credit check on NGS with a charge of $250.
• EDI Test Plan must also be completed.
• EDI Testing Schedule

All requirements above must be completed prior to the NGS receiving authorization to serve customers and have access to the Customer Choice Data List. Please note that all information submitted during the application process will remain confidential.
